  Terrace on the Green Clubhouse Grill and Alexandra’s Restaurant, dining establishments located at Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City, MD, won second and third place at the annual Taste and Auction of Howard County event held by Hospice of Howard County. The event featured over twenty of Howard County’s best restaurants, a steel-drum band and auction items. This year’s theme was Caribbean Dreamin’ and the event proved to be a success with participants indulging in colorful tropical decorations and excellent food.

Chef Hoffman’s major accomplishments include a two-time Maryland State Rockfish Award, as well as 12 additional culinary competitions sponsored by the American Culinary Federation.

  Alexandra’s Restaurant, an upscale dining establishment located at Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City, Maryland, has a new and exciting event to offer guests. Located on the garden level of the hotel which overlooks the beautifully manicured golf greens, the restaurant offers mouthwatering menu selections and is now hosting a New York Style Cabaret event called “A Taste, A Touch, A Tune” on the first Monday of every month in 2007. For this special event, Alexanda’s Restaurant will be featuring half price entrees, excluding lobster, as well as half price bottled wine.
