Membership at Turf Valley Resort and Conference Center does not make the member financially responsible for any obligations of the club, and he or she is guaranteed against assessments to make up deficits in any operating expenses; likewise, said membership does not confer upon said member any right, ownership or interest whatsoever in any property or appurtenances of the club. Management reserves the right to withdraw the right of membership from any member who violates the rules or bylaws. Management also reserves the right to change the dues and fees upon such notice as they may deem requisite. All memberships are subject to a one time, non-transferable (with the exception of a Corporation) Initiation Fee. Class A membership dues are based on an annual basis (April 1 - March 31). As a convenience, these dues are payable each month. If you should desire to leave the Club before March 31st, you are still responsible for dues through the end of the membership year.
