What are the hours of operation for Will Call and where is it located?
Tickets can be picked up from Will Call at the following times and locations:
-Turf Valley Marketing Department Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
-Outside of Turf Valley’s Grand Ballroom 1 hour prior to performance

If I have chosen to have my tickets mailed, how and when will they be sent?
Mailed tickets (subject to $1 mailing fee per order) will be shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail within two weeks of purchase.
Tickets ordered by within 2 weeks of the event are "Will Call Only". Tickets ordered online may be printed by the purchaser or recipient.

How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased by phone at 410-423-0812, Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5pm or purchase tickets online by clicking here. Online Ticketing services for Turf Valley Resort are provided by Ticket Turtle.

How can I make a reservation for an overnight event package?
To reserve an overnight package please call 410-423-0812, Monday – Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Packages can not be reserved on the Web. Packages vary per event, however all packages include two tickets to the event and overnight accommodations.

What is the cancellation policy?
All tickets are non-refundable including package tickets. There is a 72 hour cancellation policy on overnight packages. You may cancel your room reservation up to 72 hours prior to the event however, if you decide to cancel your package you are still responsible for the ticket portion of the package. To cancel your package call 410-423-0812.

What fees will I be charged for ordering tickets?
There is a mailing charge of $1 per order. To avoid a mailing fee please select to pick up your tickets at Will Call or print your e-tickets at home.

When do the doors open for an event?
Doors open at least 30 minutes prior to the show.

Proper dress is required.

What can I not bring into an event?
Cameras, any audio or visual recorders, laser pointers, weapons, outside food or beverages. Also, smoking is not permitted at any of our events.

Can I take photographs within the venue?
No cameras are allowed in the venue. This is subject to change depending upon the event.

Where can I grab a bite to eat prior to the show?
Turf Valley offers two dining choices: Alexandra’s Restaurant, for upscale dining, and Terrace on the Green Clubhouse Grill. We recommend making reservations in advance on show nights. To make reservations at either restaurant please call 410-465-1500.
